A bit sketchy area of San Jose Not great service. 6 guests trying to check in at the same time. Hole in our bathroom door, looks like they were just repairing the locks on the door to our room too :/

Decent hotel very close to airport The hotel itself is decent, but it is certainly not downtown. Even by train the downtown area is several stops down. Accessing the hotel lobby is a bit of a challenge as you must buzz in through a gate upon check in. Room was decent for the price, but could have used a coffee maker and the hotel needs an ice machine. Airport was very close-by, and is technically walkable with a bit of courage and gusto! Not many restaurants and such around for anything on the weekend.

Okay for business trip Parking was an ease, location has easy access to freeways, although breakfast was non- existence (only coffee, packaged oatmeal and bars), denny’s Is nearby. WiFi was almost non-working, cell signal was bad too. Staff is friendly and it is relatively acceptable for a short stay.

Lots of stores and and restaurants around. The hotel it's self was really nice, the employees were great and super nice. Breakfast was pretty good. You get to make your own waffles , just wish there was more fruit options. The room it self was very nice, comfortable . Everything was east to find. I will definitely stay there again.

Seemed like a low budget hotel. The morning breakfast consisted of packaged muffins and granola bars.

very good hotel for any type of stay. We forgot a wallet at the hotel with important documents, when we were at the airport I got a call from the hotel telling us the we forgot the wallet. We come back and the hotel staff was waiting for us with wallet on hand. I thank you the hotel staff for the honesty and EXCELLET service.

The stay was perfect. The stay was awesome. Got in and the gentleman was very good on customer service. Great job you guys. I would stay again.
