Quiet hotel, secure premises and parking. Staff and manager responsive to concerns. Air conditioning thermostat fixed immediately. Tub/shower should have grab bars for safety. Free breakfast was more grab and go (energy bars, coffee, tea, chocolate, oatmeal, etc). Light rail station a short walk away. A 5 minute drive to event at SAP Center and Mineta Int'l Airport a short 5 minute drive.

Not Bad for An Overnight Stay Near the Airport The hotel entrance is behind a locked gate. You must call and ask for access each time you come onto the property. This was a bit tedious. When I arrived, the manager gave me a little run around. I had called the day before and confirmed that I could check-in early. Everything you need I stayed here on the 21st of December for the night. I had a very bad day due toy car being stolen and had to deal with police, tow yard etc! I got my car back thamk god but was too tired to drive an hour n half back home! The staff was very friendly and made sure i had everything i needed! Definitely will be my choice of stay n future!

Great hotel for the price. The breakfast was just granola bars and coffee and should not be called "breakfast." But good, friendly staff.
