PERFECT 4 DAY PRICE The price was great for my 4 day get away,housekeeper never came around at all when i found one two doors diwn my room she said theres 3 of them and she is not the one to clean ours so i think they should do a better job on housekeeper coming around to check up and my fridge in the room didnt work at all but overall it was a good price range of stay.

Not the best place to stay We got in a little early and asked if we can check in, front reception was rude and said housekeepers are on lunch and come back in an hour. We came back an hour later and he said the same exact thing, that housekeepers are on lunch. The continental breakfast was nothing but muffins. Staff needs to be more friendlier with guests.

Good hotel Good hotel. Has kitchenette if needed. Good location as we had an early morning flight out of SJC. Quiet. Not many dining options within walking distance.

Decent hotel for a quick stay I stayed for a night. I checked in very late. Hotel front desk guy said he is not a front desk guy buy working as one for that day. He doesn't know what he is doing. he denied a room for another person who came next to me. Room doesn't have information how to call the front desk. I called centralized customer support and asked for the number in the room intercom. they didn't give me wifi access code. I called their tech support and got that.
