Not the best place to stay We got in a little early and asked if we can check in, front reception was rude and said housekeepers are on lunch and come back in an hour. We came back an hour later and he said the same exact thing, that housekeepers are on lunch. The continental breakfast was nothing but muffins. Staff needs to be more friendlier with guests.

Good hotel Good hotel. Has kitchenette if needed. Good location as we had an early morning flight out of SJC. Quiet. Not many dining options within walking distance.

Decent hotel for a quick stay I stayed for a night. I checked in very late. Hotel front desk guy said he is not a front desk guy buy working as one for that day. He doesn't know what he is doing. he denied a room for another person who came next to me. Room doesn't have information how to call the front desk. I called centralized customer support and asked for the number in the room intercom. they didn't give me wifi access code. I called their tech support and got that. Requested a non smoking room but it had a smell.
