Pillow talk :) Overall, our stay was great. The location was convenient for our needs. Although we did not have much interaction with the staff beyond check-in, they seemed friendly. It was clean and comfortable enough. My only suggestion would be to have 4 pillows instead of 3. I would give a better rating for comfort if my husband and I were able to each use 2 pillows.

OK Stay - Unusual Check-in Experience Just needed a place to spend the night in San Jose. Chose this hotel primarily based on price. Check-in was unusual. The woman at the desk was clearly over-worked. When I came in, she was assisting a guest that apparently had been given a room that wasn't cleaned. Would have been great if the other guests who had pets could take their animal with them when they left,when I checked in the dog 3 rooms down barked and cried for 3 hours!! Which made other dogs bark etc, and someone was vaccuming at 4am..

Piss poor attitude There are two Extended Stays right next to each other--north and south. I accidently went to the South one first, and the man at the front desk was really nice and told me he could check me in even though I was early. However, when he checked his computer, it turned out I was not staying there. So I went next door the Extended Stay north. The guy wasn't even at the counter. Convenient location, reasonable price. When checking in, no employee was present at the desk in main building. There was a sigh on the desk that said "In north building, will return soon". After waiting 10 minutes, another motel guest came in and told me the employee was in the north building and was not coming back. So I went to the north building and checked in. Poor communication! Shower in room did not work. Water would flow to the bathtub only. Facility maintenance could be better.

The hotel was not the cleanest. The bed spreads in the room appeared to have food stains on them. When I asked for maid service, I was told that they we gone for the day and that if I wanted to bring the bedding down to the lobby, they would see if they could find clean ones for me. I should not have had to walk down to get clean bedding. They should have offered to bring it to my room.

Hotel.com droped the ball I have to say the ladies at the front desk were so helpfull but hotel .com drop the ball by over booking and the ladies want out of her way and cleaned a room for me
