Good times in San Jose The room was nice, it was odd having to go to the desk to ask for kitchenware though. Only having one set of clean towels in the room even though it was booked for two was annoying but very easily fixed by me walking up to the front desk an asking. The staff were all super friendly and helpful,and the hotel is located right next to a gas station, grocery store, one fast food location and a freeway. Everything is outdated! This hotel should take some time an update inside the rooms, bathrooms and the mattresses. They also claim to give you kitchen supplies, that was like pulling teeth as they didn't have it enough of anything to to provide upon check-in

The hotel was nice although there was blood stains on the wall not santized was in a nonsmoking room that smelld like cigeretts

I like to stay at Extended Stay America when traveling to see my daughter in San Jose. However, there are two similar Extended Stay establishment next to each other in the same parking lot area. The one on the east side always has helpful/professional staff and the one on the west side has ghetto staff/often not even at the front desk but with a sign that they are doing something else so just wait. Although the rooms in each property are comparable. The inside lounge area looks older and less kept up. What's up with that?

I lived my overall visit but the staff was not friendly & rude.

Not great. Doesn't feel very safe too many shady looking people walking around at night in the parking lot. Some stayed up late and making too much noise talking, thumping walls and stomping the floor. Front desk closes at 11pm. website shows midnight doors were locked but fortunately i was helped. The room wasn't very clean there was hair, dirt and lint on the floor Under the bed was worse. The rooms are spacious but they need a thorough cleaning.

Bathtub drain was completely clogged and the entire hallway reeked of pot smoke. Other than that it , it was normal.
