Very budget hotel, ok if you need a kitchen, and will stay a while. Mostly workers, not tourists.

Average stay that needs Improvement! The overall stay is fine but there are definitely some areas that need improvements. First, the everyday maintenance needs an update. Doors need to be replaced, carpets need to be changed and a fresh coat of paint. The room is fairly decent and comfortable. I don't like that they will not offer to clean your room every day unless you ask for it. The hotel staff were decent and okay but they did not make you feel warm and invited. house keeping it would be nice to have bath towels daily and not have to track some one down to get them and toilet paper

Pillow talk :) Overall, our stay was great. The location was convenient for our needs. Although we did not have much interaction with the staff beyond check-in, they seemed friendly. It was clean and comfortable enough. My only suggestion would be to have 4 pillows instead of 3. I would give a better rating for comfort if my husband and I were able to each use 2 pillows.

OK Stay - Unusual Check-in Experience Just needed a place to spend the night in San Jose. Chose this hotel primarily based on price. Check-in was unusual. The woman at the desk was clearly over-worked. When I came in, she was assisting a guest that apparently had been given a room that wasn't cleaned. Another guest came up to the desk to see when towels or linens would be delivered. The front desk person said she would need to retrieve some from another room.
