On the day we got there, we didn't know and weren't told that the room needed the AC fixed. First night staying there, found the AC leaking water but too tired to move to another room. We were offered but stayed there. Comfortable stay though.

I love how it literally has a fridge, kitchen, and has plenty of room! Great space, super convenient, and great price. Only thing i did not like was that gym closed at 7pm. It was be very much more convenient if it was open 24 hours due to every one having different schedules but other than that i would definitely stay here again!

The check in was terrible. I waited for 40 minutes for anyone to show up at the front desk. I had to call the extended stay america 1800 # to get someone to call and reach someone.I will be making a claim.
