Not what i expected Save Your money and go elsewhere..The hotel looks so nice and clean from outside, but once you come in, wow, theres a smell, and dirtyness to it...It looks like the government pays homeless people to live here..Alot of druggies, and homeless people in the front and back of hotel,..Our room..was OK..nothing great about it, we just needed it for the night, since we live down the street and our home was being painted we decided to this place...The front desk didnt have extra toilettrees, he looked like he di... read more
What a let down..... Looks nice on the outside, but when I first arrived in my room there was a plastic bag covering the smoke alarm which was scary. Secondly, the pull out sofa double bed was ridiculous. Mattress was paper thin and you could literally feel the springs in your back. Therefore, I got terrible sleep because my kids ended up sleeping with me. They provide you with about two towels, one body bar soap and shampoo, and that's it! No pool in summer? The stay was fine. The biggest problem was I paid the extra for the South property because it had a pool. However, I found out after I tried to enter the pool area that it was closed for maintenance for two weeks!!In the middle of the summer? No mention on the website when I booked nor when I checked in. Only after I inquired why I couldn't access the pool. NO note on the pool. No compensation. Manager had short hours so wasn't there when I left nor when I returned. Try something else first The hotel was renovating and the pool was out of service. Not noted on the website, at check in, person was rude and it was too late to find another hotel. Breakfast was granola bars and coffee.
