I have stayed at the South location many times. a few years ago I stayed there for a month waiting to move into my house in the area. Quite different from the North location which is right next door. I will stay at the South location every time I am in need of a place to stay and do my laundry. I save money walking over to the grocery store right across the street and using the kitchenette for my meals instead of going out or calling room service. I feel comfortable at the South location.
Sad to let it go It used to be my favorite getaway place. We haven't stayed there in awhile. The noise level, hanger arounds, partying, constant aroma of marijuana was the key factor in my decision to book elsewhere next time.

Cheap and clean There was an alcohol bottle in the freezer left from the previous tenant. I waited almost 10 min at the front desk before someone came to check me in. When they did come they did explain an issue going on with one of the rooms. I would like to suggest leaving a sign next time?

Quiet and peaceful. It was quiet but no house keeping for several days. Probably there must be a genuine reason I am not sure. There is breakfast no cook meal.It is a peaceful place to rest and do your homework.I like it.

Good Desk Service - Maybe Not So Clean Check in was great and the area was good - desk service at check in was helpful; but, the room looked like it was simply "made up". Found some long hair on a sofa chair; along with a grease mark on the back of the sofa chair at head level as if someone leaned back against it. The chair for the desk had stains on the cushion; unknown if it was food or other. I simply threw a towel over it and got to work. Floor felt as if it had not been vacuumed; felt gritty.
