Overall experience We check in with 2 kids with us . Came up right away we call the for room service for blanket , fitted sheet and pillow for the sofa bed , instead we have to go down and pick up in front desk after a long drive . And the complimentary breakfast is just a coffee . There’s nobody in front desk .

Simply great. Convenient location for freeways, shopping, restaurants, entertainment. Hotel Staff was always eager to provide assistance and cheerful greetings. Very pleasant experience.

Nice distance to hub of San Jose. The room was clean and looked recently refurbished. The bed and pillows are a bit hard. Request a cleaning if you want one. Complimentary breakfast ran out early but we were told that we could have requested more to be put out. Not a big variety on breakfast.

Average Stay. Stay was okay. Lack of towels and toiletries was disappointing. On the go breakfast was lacking anything but snack bars, no oatmeal like they usually have. Had to ask for muffins. Beds was not comfortable at all. Better than last time we stayed there, but not by much. TV remote didn't seem to work right. Either that or the TV was having problems.

Convenient Loved the location: Ross, Lucky's, Gas Station, Lots of eats all within walking distance to the hotel. I brought my dog with me and we enjoyed walks every day. The neighborhood seemed safe. Staff was very friendly. Decent amount of parking. They have a grab and go breakfast in the morning that should be set up around 5 AM for early risers but is set up rather late, around 6:30 AM. I also would prefer fruit, yogurt and hard boiled eggs as choice instead of mini muffins and granola bars.

Good size room and mini kitchen. Table and chairs could have been cleaned better. Bed was hard and pillows seemed flat. However, front desk staff were very nice and overall the room and hotel were nice. I would stay here again.

Just okay Made reservation online. Location was a factor. Also was that it was a suite. Stated breakfast was included, muffins an coffee. TV didn't work, internet was poor. Clean comfy bed.
