Smoking allowed in hotels is absoluately horrible! Hotels.com was inflexible with changing from smoking (accidental booking) to non-smoking room even though I realized it same day as booking and several weeks in advance of the stay. Also, we reserved a room with two queen beds for a family of four but upon arrival/check-in the hotel said Hotels.com overbooked when they shouldn't have and they only had one room remaining and it only had one king bed for a family of four. Unwelcome ~ More Unwelcome Upon arrival I asked to change the room from single bed to two beds. The desk clerk asked the supervisor, his comment - "they booked through Expedia NO!" . We really booked through Hotels.com. Next morning we went to work, at the end of the day we came back to the room - no housekeeping service had been performed and there were no clean towels. DON'T STAY HERE!!!!!!!!! I stay often at extended stays as I like to cook for myself and my guy. This place was so very unorganized very minimal performance as quality goes. As for that take and go breakfast yeah that really SUCKED!!!! I don't smoke and I paid for 3 days ahead of time at a rate of $195 through Hotels.com for a non-smoking room, they put me on the 3rd floor which is the smoking floor. What a dump! Extended Stay America -Morgan Hill, CA: Booked 3/28/15 thru Expedia, which offered a King non-smoking with $179 value for $90. When we arrived at 8:30 pm, there was only one room - a non-smoking Queen. The room was still being "cleaned", which took another half-hour. The room was very worn & dirty (laminate in entry/kitchenette sticky, carpet stained, walls scuffed), no TV remote, only two pillows, no hair dryer, no coffee pot, one glass. Dirty and smelly. The place was dirty,from the floors to rge sheets,there was dirt hair and bugs it was nasty.The room smelled so bad, it was hard to sleep. The a/c is very loud.

Horrible night stay Needs a place to stay for one night that was reasanable priced so have this place a try. Front desk clerk took forever. Elevator reeked of smoke. Hallway smelled like weed, probably from some of the tenants that are basically living there. Saw a cat in the window of one room. People were loud all night long, people coming and going through the whole night. Didn't feel safe all night and got horrible sleep. Will never stay at this hotel or any Extended Stays again.

Was here for 15 days. I booked this hotel as it was the cheapest option with a Kitchen. But my experience was disappointing. The first day I tried to cook, i noticed that only of the 2 burners were connected and working. I brought this to their notice and i tried to cook some food. As soon as put some oil in the pan, i tried to switch on the exhaust fan, to my utter shock, it was not even working. The fire alarm broke because of this smoke and the fire engine guys came.
