Morgan hill, CA Used by workers in construction obviously. Dried mud chunks in hallway. Noisy fan in room. Dull color motif.

Not all that great Unpon walking into the lobby I could smell cigarette smoke. The staff was very nice. We got to our room and it wasn't terrible but, the kitchenette was very dated. There was, what looked like, mold on the carpet under the air conditioner. The towels had stains on them, one had hair stuck in the fibers. I do not think these rooms are worth over $100 a night.
Spend the extra money and staff elsewhere Don't expect any service at all. The so-called continental breakfast was some old rotten fruit, bad coffee, energy bars, nestle instant hot chocolate, and instant quaker oats (envelop provided for microwave heating).

Disappointed Hotel has no restrooms in lobby area. Hotel has NO ice machine (this is a first out of all the hotels my husband and I have stayed at) No dishes in kitchenette and out of bowls when got dishes Pitiful "breakfast" more like a snack. No drink or snack machines No hair dryer in bathroom
Only stayed here because all other hotels booked! This hotel was not worth the price. The free internet was so slow it was unusable , kHz data rates. They expected you to pay extra for Internet service that you could actually use. There were no dishes, utensils, or cookware in the kitchenette. There was no coffee pot in the room.

Why use anyone but Hotels.com!!! It was not good for anything, in fact I had to contact Hotels.com & ask them to move me to another hotel which they gladly did! That is why I will use hotels.com when I travel -
Not what I expected Front desk said my room was not ready until another hour. I checked in at 5. Typically hotels have rooms ready by then. I said it was ok since I had to be in Gilroy for a family event and will come back later in the evening. I come back and the room was not cleaned. Turned out front desk changed my room number. Did not contact me at all about the change until I came back to the hotel. The only problem with my room was the bathroom.
