Dirty Hotel and Smells Bad! This property was VERY dirty. Rude service. It smelt like odor and horrible!!!!!!! We had to buy air freshners. I would not recommend. The elevator was broken and the front door broke shortly after. This place needs help.

Terrible Experience We check-in late that day around 11:30pm only to be greeted by an uncleaned room. The front desk doesn't even have anyone available to clean the room. No other room was offered. They just apologize and just ask us to move to a different hotel. We were tired and looking for a hotel at midnight. Also, until now we haven't have our refund after the front desk told as they would.

Dirty and unimpressive First off I unknowingly booked a smoking room (thanks Expedia). The room was filthy; hair, dirt and dust everywhere. The amenities were minimal, no coffee maker in room, sub par bedding and towels. The parking lot and grounds were awful! Several Cars that have not been driven in a while and appeared to be abandoned were in the parking lot. Overall not a place we will ever return to.

First the booking was not process by Expedia had to wait for 15 min, then was given a room when I walked it it was dirty the beds undone garbage ever were went back to lobby wait for another 10 min Finaly got I room not what I expected funny smell not very clean. The lobby is so dirty there is a rug that is soon dirty were they have the "breakfast" small table very dusty.

Not happy. No good service at check in lobby was very dirty and there was people in the parking lot having a party at 1:30 AM.

Not that great Not very comfortable. Had to ask for everything from towels to dishes to coffee maker to toilet paper, take out your own trash. NO ROOM SERVICE OR CLEANING SERVICE AT ALL. Have to stay there 8 days or more to get cleaning service. Customer Service was lazy and acted like you were bothering them. Bathroom shower was moldy. No remote for TV and when you changed the channel it would change back to one particular channel. We watched Forensic Files every night for a week.
