There is no breakfast in this hotel I have decided to take this hotel over the Marriott Courtyard (located in the neighborhood) because Expedia stated that there is complementary breakfast in it. Next morning surprise was that there is no breakfast. I was also placed in the room at "smoking floor".. so imagine the experience.. Another Extended stay disappointment in last few months...

This hotel needs serious upgrades The room was not great. The bed was uncomfortable, the toilet was leaking water so was noisy. There was a kitchenette with no utensils or supplies, although we weren't going to use anyway. It's just odd. The carpeting throughout was old. The whole place was just not that clean. The grab-and-go breakfast was a joke. Good thing we weren't planning on eating there.The internet access was poor. It felt like a hostel than a hotel. It was not a good value.

Disappointed Had my reservation two weeks ago I get there to check in room wasn't ready had to wait an hour to check in after 7 pm because room wasn't clean yet stayed for two nites and room wasn't clean in between days

Dirty hotel The entire hotel smells like animals. There were stains in both of our dining area seats. Hardly any channels worked on the tv. The sheets on the bed had stains on them. When I noticed that, I called the front desk (phone was filthy by the way) to see if someone could come up and change my linen, but they said no one was available and that I could come downstairs to get them and change it myself. Convenient location, clean sheets, that's all. Probably one of the worst hotel experiences of my life--no hangers, cups, ice, maid service and breakfast was coffee, hot water, instant oatmeal to be eaten in a cup and granola bars! No milk, juice or fruit. A kitchenette with a dish towel and little packets of dish detergent but no dishes or silverware. No ice bucket, no ice, no ice cube trays in the refrig. Good parts--clean sheets and good location and room was clean.

Gross gross and more gross This hotel looked nothing like what was pictured. The counters, bathroom and floors didn't look clean, TV was hard to work and the beds were awful.

Disappointing Paid for a king room through Expedia, got there and was told their cleaner went home early and my room was unavailable. Checked in to a queen room, which was $5 cheaper but Expedia customer service would not refund me - in fact I was told that due to ever changing availability, the queen room was actually MORE expensive by then..I get that room availability changes and therefore so do the prices, but this happened within 2 hours of original booking, and I definitely wasnt notified after paying that my room was ... read more

Smelly Hotel I was very disappointed, I thought I book a non-smoking room but it smells cigarette all over the hallway and out room. We got back from a friend's wedding late so we didn't bother to switch room and complain. definitely not going back
