Disgusting Desk clerk let us check in our things at 945 am. This was great. She called up to housekeeping and they told her they had finished cleaning the room. We brought our things in and left for our event in Hollister. We returned at about 10pm and as I looked over the room, I found it to be very unappealing. My husband went to get ice, but there is no ice machine on premises. I found the toilet seat to have dried urine on it and several different types of hair on the sink and floor. Never stay at Extended Stay! I was very disappointed in my stay. When I arrived I was told I was to early, which I was, but I watched from the parking lot as other guests were checked in. Once in my room there were so many air fresheners plugged in it gave me a headache. I proceeded to unplug them all and with in an hour I was overtaken by the musty smell of mold. Non smoking room? Not sure about that. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. I felt suffocated I couldn't breathe until I asked for an air refreshener. I hope they clean it better. They didn't have disposable cups/utensils too.

terrible night sleep Well to start the bathtub had hair in it, the bed was so uncomfortable it put my back out, and now im having to pay 75$ a pop to get my back put back in, then there was alot of noise coming from the refrigerator it kept us up all night as if the bed wasn't bad enough, I'm sorry but I will NOT be back to this hotel.

Meh, don't recommend this place On a not so hot day, A/C was needed. That thing was so obnoxiously loud it made it difficult to sleep. Sheets had black ring stains and were ripped. Hair was left in the tub. There was an old funky smell throughout the hall. It just did not feel clean or comfortable at all. And for the price, I feel like I got a total rip off. I'd recommend going to the Hampton or Holiday Inn on the other side of town.

Hotel was conveniently located for my business purpose, however the nightly rate was very high for this type of hotel
