Outdated Too outdated, looks and feels low budget mite like a motel than a home away from home. Kitchen items must be requested and taken to the room instead of having them inside the room or if requested, have staff take them to the room

The noise of the air conditioner was big and it was the worst when I was woken up in the middle of the night.

This was a relatively low cost place to stay (low cost for the Bay area) and it reflected the low cost - it was fine but i would colpare it to a Motel 6 type of place - not much for extras but ok place to stay when you just need a bed for the night and a shower in the morning. Staff was a bit questionable - they tried to move me to a different hotel (called me and said they were moving me as they were overbooked) but luckily they changed their minds - check in was slow but otherwise ok - there was no one at the front desk fo... read more
