Hotel Next to Commuter Rail When I arrived it took a few minutes for the staff to even acknowledge me so that I could get checked in. When I asked whether my room was on the side of the hotel opposite to the train tracks, the desk clerk said yes, but she was wrong. The evening clerk was extremely helpful in getting me moved to a room on the street side of the hotel. The hotel is not a great value because your room isn't cleaned daily, you have to dump your own trash, and breakfast is a granola bar and coffee and *maybe* a pi... read more

All Around Meh Was there for three days over the California Bar exam. I requested a no-smoking room but the air was thick with cigarette smoke - so much so apparently the maid staff had opened all of the windows in a faint attempt to air the room out before my arrival. The ash tray was still prominently displayed on the small table in the kitchen area. They provide "do not disturb" placards but I'm not sure why - I did not see any maid staff the entire time (nor did anyone turnover my bed or collect the used towels). This mi... read more

Nothing Fancy I stayed here for 1 night so it was okay - bare minimums provided - breakfast was a joke - Costco Food Bars and Mini Muffins - if you want clean towels or extra towels you have to take your dirty towels down to the front desk and exchange them for clean towels and have to deal with a whiny front desk.

Smelly and Loud! Stay somewhere else. I specifically booked a non-smoking room and the reservation so stated. When I arrived, all they had were smoking rooms. The room smelled terrible even with window open. Why do they accept a reservation for a non-smoking room if they won't honor it! I would not stay here again! Also, there is a very loud commuter train that blows its whistle every time it passes next to the hotel from very early morning.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in I spent the entire night without sleep, Trains and trucks all night in a bed that was like lying on a board and pillows that were so uncomfortable that I got up and put towels in the pillow cases in order have any kind of comfort. No hair dryer room was dirty. Should have slept in my car.

At check-in in the rep informs me that they are sold out on rooms for Hotel.Com and that the only room available is a smoking room on 3rd floor. The bed was very unconfortable with a small 19 inch TV in room that smelled very bad, including the train that passed by every hours since the track was in the back parking lot. $5 per day to use the internet.

Ug.. it was bad Two stars is an overstatement... No maid service Crappy TV... Office closes at 11, and I forgot my key 1 night.. it was really bad THe bed was hard as a rock

power problem when we checked in, everything seemed great, once in our room for a while, there was a note slid under the door, it explained how we would be without power for 4 hours starting at 8 am the next morning. If we would've known this before checking in, we would not have stayed there. Then, when checking my bank statment today,I noticed they also charged me for the stay, so far I have paid twice for the same room, so upsetting, now have to deal with trying to get my money back.
