They canceled my reservation 1 hour before checkin The most memorable part was the hotel clerk calling me at 8:30 pm on my scheduled chek-in date and telling me that they had to cancel my reservation because Expedia overbooked them. I ordered a week in advance. The clerk had very bad English, did not understand what I had to say and there was no manager available until the next day. I had to drive to the hotel and confront him and then he had given me my room. Anyone reminded of Jerry Seinfeld and the rental car?

walking distance from Levi Stadium The only perk, it's 1.3 miles from Levi Stadium. So walking distance. The room appeared like it was updated, I think only repainted. 1-bed was lumpy and extremely uncomfortable, pillows were literally pancake thin. Bedding was not for a king?? Super small blankets 2-bathtub was dirty 3-bathroom sink leaked, so flooded the counter when turned on. 4-"kitchenette" had no dishes, that was an extra charge. 5-staff spoke no English to guest?? adequate for 1 night Very bad service, paltry breakfast. Had to change rooms because the tub leaked noisily directly into drain, and could not be quieted. Next to railroad, but did not disturb us.

Not good for sleep Staff couldn't find the keys when we checked in just before midnight, room was not very clean and smelled of smoke, towels are shredded and well worn, but the worst part is the train that runs buy every hour or so blowing it's whistle and waking you up.

My thoughts... Dishes in the room were not cleaned properly, there was no extra toilet paper only 1 so we had to ask for another, no complimentary dish soap you had to ask for it at the counter, funny smell but overall not too bad for the price. The upkeep and area of the overall hotel was good but no shopping or anything just mean felt safe. The complimentary breakfast was below standard only had coffee, packaged muffins choc or blueberry, Apple, oranges, oatmeal packets, hot cocoa packets that's it.

Smoky and old. Staff was nice. Had to change rooms due to the fact our room was so smoky it aggrivated my alergies
