Not good the room was dirty and I found a bug in the bed. Not a great experience. service was fine but the room itself was not worth the price

Train tracks on the western side The hotel room was fine, but way over priced. The area is fine and appeared safe, as it looks to be a business park. The biggest problem I had was out behind the hotel where my room was facing was train tracks. There was a wall, but it did nothing for the noise when the trains came roaring through blaring their horns all hours of the night. Terrible - would love a refund it was horrible. After 2 days had to move the person to another hotel and the hotel refused to refund the 5 days of unused payments up front. rooms were noisy and smelly and the constant smell of curry cooking was unbearable.

Good for longer stays First things first, this is an extended stay hotel. It's meant for longer stays for business reasons. Due to business reasons, lots of people come from various time zones with their families. That also means kids who don't realize that 2am PST isn't a good time to cry or run screaming around. The walls are a little thin and you can hear everything.
The pillows are so flat and uncomfortable to use. The fridge in our room is working well. I accidentally left my dress there. Called the front desk yesterday. Told me he would call me back once he get in touch w/ the housekeeper who worked last Sunday, but didn't receive any calls after his 1st call. So I guess it's true that this hotel's staff are cleptos. I will leave another review if I don't get any calls from them this week about my dress.
