Poor service A/c wasn't working.
No sleep possible Unfortunately, this extended stay is located next to railroad tracks and the horn from trains goes off every few hours, including the middle of night. I went to Santa Clara to take the California bar and the trains kept waking me every few hours. It was so bad that I got another hotel the 3rd night. Secondly, the staff wasn't welcoming when I got there and even though my room was ready, the staff made me wait from 2:20 to 3:00 to check in. First person that greeted us in reception (male) was great. Lady on sunday monring shift looked like she didn't feel like working. Very limited on words she said upon check out. Room No? Like Receipt? Thank you. That's about it. Normally, a question like, how was your stay? Was everything ok? etc will sound a lot better.

Never Again! Coffee maker and TV remote didn't work and had to ask several times fir correct wifi pass code etc... However, the real problem was being called a liar by the front desk attendant. When I arrived late at night, I checked in with my daughter and 2 small dogs. I reminded the gentleman that I had 2 small dogs and he said he wasn't worried about it. He was very pleasant! very poor hotel very poor hotel. The hotel is next to a railway. It was 9PM, and every 30 minutes had a train passed by with a horrible siren. Don't go if you are looking for a good rest.
Expectations too High The location: prepare to have a car there are no food restaurants or shopping centers walking distance Cleanness of room: clean but you can't take a bath and there's no garbage disposal ( kitchen sink was clogged so I couldn't blend my daily smoothie) Staff: there was a young woman (mid shift ) who was helpful and friendly. It was so-so Very 'budget' hotel feel to it. The free parking and free internet was great, but breakfast is just coffee, apples, and bars. Not much.
