Good Location & Friendly Staff The only reason my "Overall" rating is a 3, is because for whatever reason someone kept trying to get into my room on 3 different occasions....was a little unsettling. Train noise is a little irritating, however, it ends at around 11pm. Room is clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly, even though the desk agent was very new, really had no idea about their accommodations and/or services. The continental breakfast...well....Coffee, muffins & granola bars. Good rate for a great place Friendly and accommodating staff. Allowed for a bit of an early check in. Offered to switch rooms when I complained about a cleaning spray scent that was too sweet for senses. Quiet place which was necessary for me. Very clean room. Definitely plan to stay there again.

Nice hotel and very friendly staff I used this hotel as I was visiting Levis Stadium to watch Wrestlemania. Great location for visiting Levis but not much else around in the way of shops and eateries. I was checked in by a wonderfully pleasant lady named Madonna who was very helpful as I had arrived late due to flight issues, she handed me some takeaway menus and informed that these places would deliver to the hotel. Will be stayin here again It was the only place that had a room available last minute during wrestlemania weekend, staff was friendly, rooms were clean, the train that everyone mentions was not that bad and I'm not a heavy sleeper. The price for the room was good considering wrestlemania/Levi stadium was within walking distance. And they let me leave my car there during the event even after I'd already checked out, so that saved me $40 in parking. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again during football season. :)

pretty great clean, tidy, all what you would need Not much of breakfast varieties which was only downer. Coffee, brownie, oatmeal, bars.. thats about it.
