Not the best could use better customer service Not the best place.. sheets were stained and customer service at front desk was not that great like other places
This is the 3rd or 4th time I've stayed here and this time I had a few issues. One is that the bathroom was not cleaned properly. There was smoke ashes on the bathroom light and also the heater wasn't working properly. Aside from those issues this is still a very nice hotel. Lots of useful amenities like the full kitchen and laundry room. Hopefully the next time I stay here those issues will have been fixed.
Affordable and Nice Hotel Not so good. In particular frustrated about wash basin clogged. Inspite complaining and reminding for 2 days, it was not fixed and thats very bad for me. They need to do better on their house keeping services much better. It is fine that house keeping will be after 7 days but urgent maintenance request can never be ignored. Also, complimentary breakfast is very average. Good things were Room was nice and clean. Help desk was very helpful and cordial.

Poor cleanliness The trash from earlier occupancy was kept outside my room 312 and wasn't removed even after I checked out. Location is awesome and a decent hotel for that price point. Nothing to complain.
It's a so-so experience. It's quite near the freeway entrance, but there're no restaurants nearby.
Room was freezing It was an unusually cold night and the heater in the room would not work. It only blew out cold air. There wasn't any one who could try to fix it and they stated that they were sold out so I wasn't able to move to another room. They brought up some extra blankets and gave me a small discount off the room. I was on business so the discount benefits my employer, but I fortunately I still had a very cold night.
