its ok I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and often check in late and leave early the next day. Yet they insist on charging me $100 on my credit card for any issues and then have to go through the process of refunding it the next morning. Hotels will usually take a credit card for incidentals but there are no incidentals at this hotel so I do not understand this $100 charge. Need to hire a new cleaning staff The first room we got was not clean. We found hairs in the bed and dirt on the floor. We asked for new bed sheets and when we took the old ones off we saw a huge urine stain on the mattress. We asked for a new room with a new mattress and got one but this room was marginally better. Still not very clean and it looked like someone was using the fridge for target practice with a BB gun. There was no workout room and the mattress was cheap. Stay somewhere else. Not worth the money. Offensive Great location to freeways however the smell of curry was so overpowering in both of our rooms that we changed hotels for the remainder of our stay. We were also told at the "breakfast" area that their shipment did not come in so there was very little to choose from. Ended up going out to breakfast. Overall very dissapointed with these conditions and the lack of efforts to find a room with no odor.

DONT STAY THERE IM NOT HAPPY FOR WHAT I PAY FOR . YOU HAVE TO MDE YOUR OWN BED , CLEAN YOUR ROOM ,GO TO THE FRONT DESK BRING THE USED TOWELLS IF U NEED TOWELLS,MANAGER RECOMEND TO USED THE SAME ONES .I WAS SHOCK THAT SOME ONE SAY THAT IN A BUSINESS LIKE THAT,DIRTY WITH STAINS BLANKETS THAT SHOWS HOW BAD THAY NEED TO DO CHANGES/ MANAGMENT IN ORDER TO HAVE A SUCCESFUL BUSINESS. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE

Poor attitude, poorly restocked Many items missing from suite, eg, forks, cups, plates, dishwashing soap. (Sloppy restocking.) Air conditioning barely worked. Screen was missing from window, bitten by mosquitoes. Sofa bed was not made up. Desk staff person, "Jackie," was indifferent and unapologetic.
