0 Horrible stay, front desk guy was horrible, had an attitude, didn't know what he was doing or saying was high on drugs.! Would like our money back!
Lots of room... For improvement This room had a lot wrong: Paint peeling, stained and dirty carpet, stained sheets, broken appliances, broken fixtures and no sheets for second bed. It was convenient to the freeways though and king bed was comfortable.
Smoker hotel rooms reeked.
Need help Not clean cockroach's the little lady at the front desk needs to work on her people skills..
Noisy, floors dirty. Not sure if there is pest control but was woken up by a spider running over me
Chg me pet fee even just come that morning before check out time
Best to avoid... Lobby closes at 10:30pm. They will make you wait outside until 2:00am before they can check you in (computer does a batch process each night)... And make you feel like they are doing you a huge favor letting you check in! I arrived from the east coast after 9 hours of traveling - so waiting over an hour outside to check in was a great welcome. Rooms also showing their age. Will avoid Extended Stays going forward.
