Not happy with the night lobby person Night lobby guy not friendly and no consideration for late checkout since we check in almost midnight

Air conditioning didn't work, staff not helpful The hotel staff really didn't care, poor service with little ownership experienced by the staff.

Cockroaches It was a terrible experience with cockroaches.

Not so good! .. Better options nearby Stayed here for 5 nights. Tips for someone new :- 1. You get a muffin and fruits for the complimentary breakfast. 2. Rooms are cleaned only if you stay for more than 7 nights, like changing bedsheets, towels additional shampoo, soap etc..there is a charge for cleaning otherwise.. 3. Wifi terribly slow, you have to pay for a faster connection For the price we paid around 220$ a day, service was terrible... Hotel near Levi's Stadium Hotel staff was nice and helpful. Room was not ready on time. Room was older and not very clean. Not much for breakfast.

Never stay again Bugs in the room. The floor was sticky and the bed was very uncomfortable . Other than that was close to the light rail

The room was not clean and had an odor. I took my air freshener and sprayed it throughout the room but couldn't get rid of the smell

The hotel had no shampoo or enough pillows for all of the guest.

close to levi stadium bed is hard as a rock, A/C didn't work and when asked to come look at it i was never taken care of.
