Stay away!!! When i reached hotel at 1 am, that guy said(over the phone) their computer system's will reboot between 1-2am. So he can check me in only after 2am. I had to wait 50 minutes in cold, he did not allow me (few others) into lobby. Very bad. When i checked in to the room i saw the carpet was so dirty and black spots all over the place. There is not even a single store/restaurant near by this hotel..breakfast is a muffin, apple and energy bar.. Room service, they did not even come once in 5 days.
I sincerely felt stolen. For $200 a night, no one did any cleaning in the room for a 3 night stay. The room as dark and muggy and it simply didn't feel clean at all. No sheets were changed, and the property was aging.

Never again Hated the service and dirty room. No accommodation bowls spoons like other extends have. I wish I could've cancelled. Will not believe the 2.5 stars.
Close to Levis Stadium Last minute Super Bowl trip left few options nearby. The price was reasonable and the room was just OK. Had to ask for an extra roll of toilet tissue and there were no kitchen supplies or dishes despite lots of empty cabinets.

Ne respecte pas ses engagements L'hotel est plutot bien placé par rapport aux autoroutes. Le wifi est execrable! Heureusement qu'il y a AMC pour la télé! Le personnel fait tout pour éviter le ménage: c'est une fois par semaine, et les 2 fois ils ont sauté mon tour. J'ai du aller à l'accueil pour demander à ce que mes draps soient changés la première fois. La seconde c'était la veille de mon départ... donc j'ai du dormir dans des draps qui avaient 7 jours! Minimal Comfort The heater didn't work, and management knew before it was rented, only offer was two extra blankets, $100 deposit was taken because they said I made the reservations through Travelocity and not through them, money still not returned.
MAJOR FAIL: Travelocity and Extended Stay America I made my reservation through Travelocity, and received an email that clearly stated "CONFIRMED -- no need to call to confirm your reservation" or words to that effect. After a cross-country flight, I arrived to check in at 9 PM only to be told by the (very kind and polite) desk clerk that they had no reservation for me.
