We were given our room key and when we entered the room there was trash everywhere and dirty linens on the bed. The receptionist at the front desk got us a new room and made sure it was clean

Ummm, questionable service, but you decide We stayed here for 4 nights. When we got there, we had to ask for a coffee maker, which was fine, but we were given 4 industrial sized coffee filters. We had to go buy our own appropriately sized ones. After 2 nights our trash and started getting pretty full. I called the front desk and asked the employee what I should do about the over flowing trash can. His reply, “That’s a great question. I’m just here filling in and I get off in 5 minutes. The kitchen and view of the bay was the best. Beds was comfortable and heater was east to use. Maybe you can include more food options for the breakfast

Extended Stay A return to ESA for work purposes... Needed a place to stay on a quick notice. Appreciative of the availability of a room, but still find the quality of customer service not up to par. Keep hearing short staffing a problem and new staff not knowledgable. Maybe that's where more"mentoring" is advisable?!!
