Very pleasant stay Very pleasant stay- had to wait a bit for our room to be ready, but it wasn't too inconvenient. However, shampoo in the bathroom would have been nice.

Our apologies, but due to restrictions on plastic materials we can no longer place shampoo in the room. We always have it at the front desk by request.
Property was pretty mediocre—not awful but definitely not welcoming either. Staff was hit or miss. One desk agent spent the entire process on a personal phone call barely speaking to me at all. The other desk agent was fairly friendly and helpful. The doors are incredibly loud opening and closing which is annoying when other guests coke back late at night/leave early in the morning.

The staff was friendly and attempted to predict my needs. However, in explaining that they were good at predicting the needs of guests, they insinuated that they felt guests were unaware of what they needed. They were well-meaning but should self-edit more. Just predict. Don't explain how and why you predict.

Will come again We got there around 4:15 PM and yet checkin had to be delayed by a few minutes because nobody knew if our room was cleaned yet. Staff was very friendly though. Room was clean. Even though it’s right on the highway, it’s quiet. And dogs are allowed.

The staff was so kind and helpful. After the horrible experience at the Marin Wood Inn where I waa verbally assukated and threatened by the owner and front deak east indian men...I was totally traumatized..thei hotel the people where angels and the place was so cleam. Thank u I felt so safe.
