Disappointed stay It was ok. The beds were terrible, very soft and a bit lumpy. Bad pillows which made sleep terrible. Noisy next to the freeway. No coffee in the room and worst of all no bathtub, just a shower. Laundry area most units were out of service. Non smoking, but smelled of cigarettes everywhere and whatever chemicals they used to clean my mom and myself had an allergic reaction to.

We had a great stay here. The beds were comfortable, the room was large, and it was close to Muir Woods. They also had a nice little breakfast set up in the lobby which was helpful considering we were going hiking that day. Overall, it was a very nice stay

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and well maintained and is truly animal friendly
When you check in at night and front door is closed make sure you use the “telephone” on the wall otherwise the Night time clerk will lecture you on why you should not knock to get his attention but use the phone on wall also make sure you ask for the Kitchen appliances and flatware otherwise it’s not offered. Bring your own TP you don’t care for sand paper

Hotel was clean. Shawn at the front desk was very helpful. Only negative is that the bed was too firm.
