This is my second stay here and it was quiet and staff is friendly

No breakfast. No pool. Why advertise there is breakfast when you only have granola bars? Say you have no breakfast and give granola or cookie for free - receive better score. Headboard on bed had somebody's handprints highly visible, so average cleaning of the rooms

First off, hotel is right off the highway. Very noisey inside room. Conveniently located across the highway from San Quentin means for “interesting” hotel guests. Drive north on the 101 just a bit more and stay at another major chain.
