nice room Nice clean room, quiet except for noise from the highway.

Road trip We arrived late at night and when we got into the room, the bathroom lights did not work. The front desk staff had to bring a lamp up for us to use in the bathroom. Although the room came with a stove and refrigerator, it did not have cooking or eating utensils. Grab and go breakfast consisted of pre-packaged muffins, oatmeal and granola bars.

Come prepared with your own supplies. No amenities. Staff was yelling at each other when I walked in. Kitchen had no basics or anything at all to cook with, eat with, or clean with. Overall disappointed .... No ice machine and no vending machines either.

Quick Access to East Bay The hotel is nice. It gives you great access to the East Bay without a lot of traffic since it is so close to the Richmond Bridge.

nice hotel away from crazy city Hotel was nice. Got to our hotel late at night looked for the tv remote couldn't find one. Waited until morning to tell front desk. There was nothing by the phone on how to call the desk. So I went down stairs to tell them we had no remote. They had a drawer of remotes. Breakfast is packaged oatmeal, coffee, packaged muffins. Pool area could have been cleaner, found hair in pool. Gross. Liked that there was no maids coming into our room. Just brought towels to front desk for clean ones. Hotel ... read more
