Deceptively Unclean Bait and Switch I was put into a disabled accessible room I did not request. It was far from elevators at the back of the hotel. It was not cleaned before I came in and had the smell of fresh feces and body odor. There was still feces under the toilet lid. I had to buy my own cleaning supplies and spent 3 hrs cleaning dirt from the shower and toilet and the countertops were filthy. The place smelled like perfume was sprayed to cover the filth. No water pressure and too noisy The shower had no water pressure and drizzled out the shower head. The toilet was low flow so you had to flush it multiple times after using it. I was on the first floor and when the people above us walked around, it sounded like they were in the room with us.

I stayed here in numerous times and had no problems when staying on the second or third floor which is any convenient to bring all your bags up or down when departing. So I decided to stay on the first floor when I immediately checked in the whole staff and everyone was in the hallway and they put me right in front of the trash room in 114. There were no utensils or cups or anything I had to go to the front desk a second time to ask for that.
