The absolute worst bed anyone has ever slept in. No box springs, just a rock hard mattress on a platform. It was like a bunk bed at camp. I will never do this again.

Only kinda pet friendly After evacuating from Sonoma County fires with 2 dogs my family arrived at this “pet friendly” hotel. When we arrived they “had no more pet rooms available”. We were left with nowhere to stay. I had even called Hotels.com to confirm that this hotel did not have restrictions on pets and was told again “they are pet friendly”. Extended Stay and Hotels.com could state that there are a limited number of pet rooms. Thanks for making a bad situation worse for my family!

Adequate room, poor value, no receipt received Room rate was too high/not good value for the quality of the hotel and room. Two days later, I still don't have an emailed receipt from the hotel confirming the room charge.

The walls and ceiling was super thin and could hear every movement from the upstairs room along with next door neighbors.

The walls are thin... don’t stay here if you plan on sleeping. For one we could hear our neighbor snoring and then whoever was staying up stairs from us if they even sat on the bed you can hear the bed springs so you could imagine how it was when they walked. When the room above us would turn on the bathroom fan it sounded amplified in our room. The front desk staff was short and not welcoming at all. ants in the room, room was noisy, couldn't sleep bc of all the noise, system was down during check in, toilet handle came off (very cheap plastic handle)
