SAN RAMON EAST BISHOP RANCH IS THE WORST PLACE The manager (Hispanic woman) and the other female (islander woman) were the most horrible, rude, tacky, unprofessional women I have ever encountered! Even after I contacted the corporate contact they didn’t even care. DO NOT STAY AT THAT PLACE!!!

Personal Pam Being a gold member I love all the perks, all my stays been great, till today. I called front desk this morning to ask for late check out, per “Pam” response, “ not possible, it is Sunday, our housekeepers are only here for 5 hours.” )To much information,) & finished with “ it’s only 8, u have a lot of time til 11.” Not just rude but very unprofessional. Sometimes less is greater, a simple “ not available “ would had made my stay & morning much better.

The TV remote did not work, there was no hot water to take a shower Sunday morning at 8am. The HVAC air ventilation system is very noisy, kept me up.
