Comfortable
My review My biggest complaint is that the Web description indicated a free breakfast and that's why I chose this location. When I checked I and asked where the breakfast would be they said only some locations had it but not this one. I felt deceived. Rest of hotel was ok..had to check out hair dryer and get additional towels..only had enough for two and I reserved for three.
Nice location It's fine accommodation for the price. Quiet and nice location.

No coffee for starters Checked in about 9:30 pm. Told there were no non smoking rooms. I said "then book me into the Courtyard at your expense, I booked this room several weeks ago". They were able to find us a nice non smoking room. After I was checked in I asked where the continental breakfast was served. I was told we don't do that. Then I asked about coffee, we don't do that. Nice clean place near lots of points of interest The facility and room were nice and clean, located in a nice area right by the highway. Very easy to access. The highway noise was surprisingly not much of an issue even though our room faced the highway squarely - the soundproofing is reasonably good. Unless you're hyper sensitive to noise, the road noise is a non-issue. The staff were friendly enough but somewhat unhelpful on certain points - don't expect much help finding a lost article once you've left the property.

Ok Ok for the money. The front desk person called after bed asking me to move the room. Because they put me in the wrong room.
Good location The place is convenient for work and I have stayed there 3 times. The first time, I had a horrible experience with a toilet that had overflowed when I checked in. In response to my complaint the Hotel Manager called me a few days later, apologized and said he would send me a voucher for a free nights stay. I have never received that voucher.
