The room had an odor and the bathroom fans excessively loud.

Uninvolved staff, room lacked basic things The staff was friendly, but did not seem motivated to help much. I got in my room and there was NO toilet paper or even kleenex. Nothing. I called for some to be brought up and the woman questioned me that none was there. Ten minutes later they brought up ONE roll (they ration here I guess) and she questioned me again as if I was lying to get more toilet paper. Ridiculous. No paper towels, plates or cutlery.
