Extended Stay America One Night Stay I had a more difficult time checking in than checking out. During check-in, the front desk person Sam was on the phone for quite some time. He did put the call on hold, but to go outside for some reason. I was standing at the front desk with another customer behind me for about 5 minutes before I was even attended to. Interior is ok except the carpet has stain, shower curtain has some smell, insulation is not good , can hear all the noise from the corridor and freeway

San Ramon Regional Stay Affordable room in a great location close to the freeway. The room has a small kitchenette which is great, however it does not come with the dishes, coffeemaker, and toaster as I had expected; I was provided to me after requesting it from the front desk manager.
Good Rooms, Double beds are good, Toilet was a little to close to the Cabinet.

Just ok Non smoking room smelled like smoke

Gets the job done Other than a slow check in process, the hotel gets the job done. If you are looking for a simple, nice, no thrills place to stay in the San Ramon area, this is it. It is conveniently located off the freeway and right near a large mall with restaurants and grocery store. Rooms are simple, but quiet and well appointed.
