very relaxing, nice , I had a very good experience, the customer service people provide everything I needed to make my time a happier time, They provided a box with kitchen supplies, the cafe maker, coffee, and It was great< I cook a few meals, and it was like staying in a airbandb with the advantage that I have total privacy, each movies, study, and completed my agenda. That was very helpful, This was a studio room with nice kitchen area and big refrigerator.

Here provide cooking utensils I was late arrival n the staff still nice. I locked myself out n he helped right away.
Never Stay Again Nothing but chaos at the front desk. People getting things stolen, rooms not getting cleaned, room transfers unacceptable to clients, beds uncomfortable, pillows flat, trash everywhere outside bbq area and dumpster. Just a real big disregard that we are paying top dollar for a hotel, grounds and clients treated like rats.
Simple hotel but was fine to sleep for a night wouldn't stay for a long period

Extended Stay America One Night Stay I had a more difficult time checking in than checking out. During check-in, the front desk person Sam was on the phone for quite some time. He did put the call on hold, but to go outside for some reason. I was standing at the front desk with another customer behind me for about 5 minutes before I was even attended to.
