The bed was the most uncomfortable in my life!

Does not have ice machines or any utensils in the kitchen area.. all of that are extras at a cost

Nice room and location... Poor amenites four problems. 1) TV listings were not correct and the desk was not helpful. Had ESPN 2 but not ESPN, even though it was listed as channel 19. 19 was a kids channel. So... we couldn't watch the game. Also no Shampoo or conditioner??? We also had to get coffee service from the office. Breakfast was pretty weak also considering I paid $180.

Convenient location This hotel is less than average. I went to check in and they implied I had requested a smoking room. This is in California for heavens sake and never did I think I needed to clarify that I needed a non-smoking room. I insisted that I could not stay in a smoking room due to allergies and they said they were sold out and that was all they had. After me making alot of noise, the owner suddenly appeared and said they had a non-smoking room afterall The fact that they still even allow for smoking causes my neg... read more

Easy on and off freeway Our stay was ok.... Breakfast is continental and the beds are hard. The rooms are very quiet.
