A good stay This hotel is a good place. I can't find a negative thing to say about it. I assume they've read the negative reviews and fixed whatever was complained about. Will stay there again.

Location was great for me. Room was basic with most needed items but not all. Had a hard time with the airconditioner at first. It served it's purpose.
Great location for doing the Wine Country Century Great except the person at the front desk could not tell that I had pre-paid for the room, and put through a new charge, which I am currently trying to get reversed.

The room could have been cleaner (counter tops) and the cabinets could have been better supplied (no bowls, one glass,)Otherwise, for the money it was ok.

To prevent this from happening again, I have coached my staff to ensure that closer attention is paid to all counter tops and surface areas in every room when cleaning. Not too bad The room isn't a big room but it will do the trick do a weekend. The room heater seemed to not work all that well but overall it was an okay stay
