comfortable price performer The room was very clean, comfortable (the bed was too hard), quiet and conveniently located. The staff was attentive and courteous.

Best one I have ever stayed at By far the best Extended Stay America I have ever stayed in. The place was beautiful. I actually thought I was in the wrong place. It was great.

"Convenient for the money+ The hotel was very clean and neat. Having a kitchen in our room was great and so convenient for us not having to go out for breakfast each morning. The employees were friendly and helpful, especially with request for extra pillows and/or blankets. My only dislike was that the hotel does not have daily room service to change bed linens and towels. Apparently this is a new concept for extended stay hotels. We did have a nice stay, though.

When we arrived the check-in was incredibly slow and we were absolutely exhausted. I was charged for an upgrade because the hotel didn't have the room available that I booked online. The upgrade should have been complimentary considering that was the hotels fault. The room itself wasn't cleaned properly. There were little hairs all over the bathroom counter and the mirror was dirty. In the morning there was a puddle of water beneath the bathroom sink. Room was uncomfortable, not enough staff (2 times I waited more than 20 minutes for someone to get to the front desk. Breakfast was instant oatmeal packet. My view was literally a mountain of mattresses that made me think that ther was a recent bed bug issue. The room amenities were upon request, including shampoo.

Staff was misleading. I paid for a room for my adult daughter who would be needing accommodations late one night, unable to drive home because of thick dense fog. I made a call to their reservation line (the only published number) asking them if they accept cash for an incidentals deposit as my daughter didn’t have a credit card. They said yes, $100. When my daughter arrived the front desk staff told her NO, accusing her of making up the story (saying nobody on any reservation line would tell anybody that). They refused her ... read more

Bare bones, hard bed, durty bathroom, qwick breakfast selection was minimal, more like a snack
