Disappointing customer service The staff was very nice. Check in was quick and easy. We checked in at night. When we got to the room our 2 children were ready for bed. We opened the pull out couch so they could go to sleep. The sheet was very wet. It was wet enough that the mattress was also wet. We called down to the front desk.
