We showed up after midnight due to delayed travel and they would not give us our room. Said we were marked as a no show since we tried checking in so late and they would not give us our room and could not offer us any other room as their computers were down. Beyond frustrating situation. I’ve never had this happen in all my years of travel and I would not suggest booking a room here.

Don’t do it. Really bad. Hardly slept because of guest, appliance, AC noise. There was a sewage smell in the hallways. It was a total bummer.

The property has a very run down. No hair dryer, shampoo or dishes in the kitchenette. People living there full time.

The elevator is broken (June 1st 2024). The guy at the front desk asked me if I'd like a third floor room when checking in, so I said sure. It was only after I checked in that he decided to tell me the elevator is broken, and, all the other rooms were taken so he couldn't move me. WARNING The elevator was not working. Water was turned off for two hours. Notice was posted but I was not told prior to my stay. Furniture was dusty & shabby. Carpet was filthy.

Clean up your act and be truthful to your guests. Moldy bathroom. Hallway smelled like a dead mouse or rat had died somewhere in the walls. I was informed the elevator wasn’t working after they had taken my $$$. Front desk had a poor attitude.
