Did not get to stay there while I was in lobby after traveling for 5 hrs had to pee they ignored my urgency and I ended peeing my pants in lobby They canceled my stay called police because I was rude telling them I was disabled and could not hold my urine was told to leave and that they reimburse my room I waited for police to arrive in wet pee pants on h who does that said they had no bathroom by lobby and wanted me to check into get room on 3 re floor but I could not control my bladder so I got kicked out embarrassed and h... read more

Not Recommended ! Terrible ! I booked on this Hotel from September 16 to 19, 2024. I checked OUT September 18, 2024 at around 1:45 PM, then, I checked my card the Hotel charged my card with 22.20 USD !!! I called the Hotel by phone, the guy unable to answer directly what caused of charges. Do not book on this Hotel , they will charge your card with hidden charges without informing you ! !!! This Hotel NOT RECOMMENDED !!!!

VERY EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT WE GOT. SHEETS ARE PAPER THIN...ROOM SMELLED BADLY...FLOOR SMELLED OF CIGARETTE. BREAKFAST is only COFFEE AND STALE GRANOLA BARS. Oatmeal was offered as well. Husband and I did not even unpack...slept in clothes. Nobody was at front desk when we checked in. Waited for 15 minutes until someone decided to come out. Dirty and old hotel.

Not terrible but not a place I would ever stay with my family again. People hanging out in the parking lot at night, smelled weird, heater smelled like it was burning and set off the smoke alarm. Staff was nice but the whole place just gave off a sketchy vibe. Good price but you get what you pay for.
