Room was not ready Checked in to a unmade bed, used towels on floor and sink and the kitchen burner was left on so the room was hot as can be. I would not stay there ever again.

Roaches and Bad Smell My husband and I stayed there for 1 night and 1 night only! We were placed in a Non Smoking Room which smelt like an Ashtray, granted we checked in during the late night hour so the front desk was unable to move us. The next day as we were getting ready to check out I noticed something crawling on top of the wall, sure enough it was a Cockroach. I was very disappointed. It was not the greatest. It was not at a very easy location to get to. We didn't have our things brought up to our room until a full day later. I will not stay in one of these again.

Russian River Terrible. Robbery in parking lot, security guard barged in our room with a key at 3 am scaring my daughter and I to death.

Aweful I never write reviews for hotels, but this was one of the strangest stays in a hotel I have had. The carpet was sticky when we entered and smelled like urine. The walls are incredibly thin so we were able to hear other guests talking and running on the floor above us until 4am. There was also a recorded announcement saying the entire hotel was under surveillance at 3am. We were both awoken by the announcement, believing it was an emergency. Not bad with a discount Room had been used with a pet and I did not know that, had a hard time sleeping because of allegeries

okay hotel Elevator needs work. The new staff didnt know the policies. Wasnt aware that they don't give cash back. So you have to wait 3-7 days for your deposit to come back to you.

Meth No towels, no room cleaning, no blankets, only 3 pillows, hair in room when we checked in, large amount of ppl seem to be on meth including staff. I'll never stay there again nor recommend to anyone.
