Overpriced for the quality Basic accommodation during a high occupancy rate around the area. Our stay was simply ok _

Dirty! Room was dirty and smelled like smoke (was a "non-smoking" room). Linens and curtains smelled old and dusty. Stains all over the carpet. Hair and dirt all over the shower and toilet. Felt dirty as soon as I stepped in the room.

Room was not ready had to wait almost 2 hrs. Staff could care less. The place was filthy with garbage everywhere

There is better in the area Dirty, poorly maintained. Felt unsafe at night despite a security guard.

Poisonous smell Stepped into nonsmoking room to an odor similar to cigarette smoke. Turned on AC and opened window to vent and for went to dinner. Wrong move, the AC unit was causing the odor which now is horrendous. Unit kept cycling adding to the problem. Hotel was booked up so couldn't change rooms and it was late. Nauseating smell all night long. Staff at check in was pleasant is the only thing positive Health Department needs to check all their AC's in my opinion.


Worst Hotel EVER This hotel is the worst I have ever stayed at. The first room they gave us smelled of smoke. The second one was not much better. The furniture had been beaten to death and was all broken. There were no pillow cases on the pillows. We tried to get some but finally gave up. Housekeeping was not helpful at all. We were told, it was their room over and over. Trash cans were over flowing when we arrived. Trash everywhere. Front desk girl was so unprofessional, I have never seen such tight pants.
