Expedia totally messed up my reservation. The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. A great shout out to Falinda for her professionalism and care!!!!
A bit overdue for an upgrade. Check-in was great. The check-in employee was friendly and efficient. General condition of the property looked a bit dated. Immediate appearance of our room looked OK. The kitchen area looked clean. The carpet, however, was not in as good condition as the kitchen area. It felt a bit tacky underfoot and definitely ready for a deep cleaning or replacement. Excellent hotel! Wonderful and friendly staff!
All rooms are non smoking but a smoker had been in the first room they gave us. When we asked to be moved they accommodated us. The second room was much nicer.
Near the mall & many places to eat
