Do not recommend The staff are not professional. The "breakfast " is only granola bar and muffin every day. No security system. I didn't feel safe staying there.

We arrived at 330 and our room was not cleaned and ready for us. They did Let us check in as we had to leave for dinner and a soccer game and wouldn't be back until 9pm. The room was fine. The pillows seems old and flat.

I'll never stay here,again. The bed was so uncomfortable and old

There was a garbage bag in the room. I walked into the hotel lobby at arund 11-12 in the night. No one was there and no one would come to check us in. so I was waiting, knocking at the door tried everything. I called the Hotel and they finally had someone come down. As soon as i got in to my room i found a big garbage bag in the kitchen cabinet. the Phone was broken and hot water wouldnt come out... horrible.. the next day I requested to change my room and they did. i reported all of this to the hotel customer service dept b... read more

Discusting room & unbelievably poor management I have traveled many times, and I have had my share of disappointing hotels, but this one topped it. I cannot express in words alone how bad this hotel is. I should expect a full refund for the condition of the room when I arrived. The check-in staff was good enough, but follow-up after check-in was nearly impossible. Very poorly run hotel My room looked like it was under construction. The stove was missing and wires were hanging out of the junction box. It had a very strong pet odor. There was not a bar of soap or garbage can in the room. The mattress was old and the sheets did not fit. Finally, the shower curtain was too short for the tub, so water kept getting on the floor. a very dissapointing stay at Extended Stay Amercia I am not sure there is room here to express my disappointment in this hotel chain and service. It started with trying to get hot water while taking a shower. Turning the selector to "H" got me very cold water and turning the selector to "C" got me hot water. After the shower I was unable to get any warm water from the sink. No mater where I turned the selector all I got was ice cold water. Great location but the hotel did not feel safe wh When I arrived I got there late because I had just booked a last-minute room, I had to call the one 800 number because no one was at the front desk. When I went to check in the representative that checked me and didn't even know what time checkout was. The room that I was given when I walked in all the lights were on the TV was on and the light of the bathroom and the bathroom door was closed. I honestly thought that someone was still in the room.
