Only 2 measly plastic cups in room.No in-room coffee. Very over priced for what u get.

their fire alarm malfunctioned and sent off a false alarm that kept going off all night so we almost had to sleep in our car

Close to where we needed to be... We choose this Extended Stay because of location, price point and rating. Outside area was clean and tide but first night we had a car full of people smoking marijuana that we could smell into our room. It was reported to management. Only 4 bath towel sets provided for 4 of us. Beds not made up once we left room at 10am and we discovered at midnight when we also needed to get towels. Our room was clean but not cleaned as well as some places we have stayed in. Higher places had a thick layer ... read more

The nice staff have an awful property. I suspect because this property is so close to a telecommunications company the majority of out of area people that are being trained stay there and because their jobs are so stressful they are unable to abide by the laws and other warnings about not smoking in the rooms. Then there was an unidentifiable stain on the comforter. Was it blood, was it "#2" I didn't figure it out. Our clothes, suitcase,,hair etc. All smelled like smoke in a non smoking room. Room not equipped with any kitchen utensils. Saw a card on the counter to call the front desk for items needed. Phone in room had no dial tone. Not working. Ice cube tray looked like it came from a child’s play set. ☹️

Night mare on stay amwrica I need a refund was told expedia had to hotel could not, too bad. 3 rooms no sleep ,one creepy with door handle missing inside. Ill never use stay America and never use expedia if they don't stand behind my bad stay. 1st room had to move from yapper dog, next rm was given key to wrong rm, next rm shut the door and noticed no door handle locked in had to come get me out. 3rd room bad bed, pillows no sleep, not clean. Stained carpet nothing to drink water out of no toiletries....NIGHTMARE

Attention to detail We were uncomfortable when entering the room, it felt un-cleaned! We had stayed at this hotel many times in the past but this time the "attention to detail" wasn't present. Not enough hangers, not even paper cups in the rooms...pretty bare bones!
