Bellevue accessable The room was dusty, the walls were thin, description said breakfast was included; I wouldn't call a granola bar breakfast. No coffee maker in the room.

Hair balls and dirty toilets ! What a disaster! After a 12 hour drive, we tried three different rooms, at this hotel,but all were dirty... then we finally asked for a refund. The staff tried, but had no authority to rectify the situation . To make matters worse, Expedia was not at all helpful to find us another room in our price range. Bare minimum, but good access to downtown Kitchen had zero utensils or any kitchen ware. That was my only issue. Was advised by front desk that they "ran out." I had to use plastic forks, and eventually after asking again, they managed to find a few dishes and a pot to use. Having my entire family stay where we expected to use the kitchen, I was unhappy about this. This is definitely more of a 2.5-3 star type hotel. Needs a good cleaning and then some This location needs a serious cleaning; the rug was covered in stains, the kitchenette sink was disgusting, all of the drains were clogged (the tub one with hair), and the fridge wasn't very clean!! Disappointing While the location was perfect for our needs, the kitchen was dirty when we arrived, trash bins were overflowing, and we had to ask for every amentity (dishes, coffee pot, etc.) that was supposed to be included, and were told that patrons steal such things so they are not kept in the room. What does THAT say about this place? Plus, the bathtub took about 20 minutes to drain, so we had to shower in standing water every day. stinky room! The room smelled like a wet dog or cat urine or something awful. Maybe it was mold. Whatever it was, it stunk! Service was poor.

Not up to par Very tiny rooms with uncomfortable bed. Full kitchen had no kitchenware or utensilware or small appliances. Items had to be checked out from and carried to room from front desk. Very inconvenient and difficult for older or disabled people.
