It's conveniently located and at a low rate. Not where is stay if it wasn't walking distance from my client.

Extended stay are you joking This hotel front desk person said that the rooms does not have cookware or cups for using if you are staying more than a night because people were stealing cookware or cups from the rooms. As I walked to my room some cookware and cups were sitting outside the rooms, so I guess some rooms get some and some don't. I would not want to stay in an extended place unless I had cookware or cups. Never again We had no pans, dishes or even a disposable drinking cup in our room. Parking spaces were sold to a local business everyday which left us with no options to park on property. When we went to the office to complain, the office employee basically told us that was our problem.

Dirty room upon arrival I notified the front desk that it appeared that someone had been assigned the room previous to us because the blankets we messy, he said no that the housekeepers had been in and cleaned, he offered no further help. Upon going into the bathroom, there was mold around the tub, floor was not swept for days, toilet was also not sanitized. Because it was so late we opted to stay. Disappointed I think this problem needs to be addressed. I checked into the hotel this past weekend and needed a place to stay for the night. I decided that Extended Stay would be my choice as my previous experiences have been pretty good. This stay was also a good one however, the cleanliness of the room needs to be addressed. The moment I got settled in my room, everything looked fine. As I went to the bathroom, I opened up the toilet only to find some toilet paper in the bowl already. This hotel has a good staff and bad rooms. The check-in clerk was very friendly and polite. 5/5 for his service. However, the hotel itself was disappointing. Carpet was dirty. Cabinets were broken. Sofa bed was not comfortable. Not enough toiletry. Overall it is was a disappointing experience.

Broken A/C and granola bars for breakfast. Breakfast consists of coffee, oatmeal packets and granola bars. AC unit worked but would make a loud banging noise every time it cycled. TV reception quality was very poor. Room was clean however.

Area was nice but hard to find. I have doubts they ever vacuumed under the bed. There was no cups for water.
