Heat Stress made stay unusual Terrible heat in region and service was stressed too. Full occupancy prevented us from staying one more night. Room was adequate and AC a blessing.

There was a whole weekend when staff was just not available to help guests out. My phone in the hotel room was not working, and the issue was not fixed. Many guests would repeatedly visit the lobby looking for supplies etc, and the lobby would be locked with noone to help guests out.
