The price was great but there were stains all over the room. The property really needs a facelift. The staff was excellent & AJ had great costumer service.

Front desk comped our room when I told them of the multiple issues we had. Apparently it was still under renovation and should not of been rented. But we got a free room so all good

It was a little hard to find (gps fault not the hotel) front desk let us check in very late. The first room they gave us was dirty -as in someone was clearly staying there- luckily nobody was in the room, that would have been awkward. They made it right immediately.

There was a huge storm that made me unable to get home. Even though they were short staffed since employees couldn't get to work they were very accommodating and found me a room.

Transferred from downtown seattle hotel to bellevue hotel for new years. they let us check in early which was nice. Full kitchen with no dishes though. place was pretty run down but functional.
