Room was clean but does need a bit of a new paint job. Although check in is at 3pm we had to wait because rooms were not ready yet. Front desk needs help lady seemed busy but she was very nice and handled the rush great.

They were doing street construction so parking was a little uncomfortable. Also during the check in, there was only one person taking care of multiple people. It would have been nice if there were more people assisting since this is a summer peak season.

Extended stay Had told them I had a pet and then was charged $25/day for the pet. Nowhere does it say pet fees.
Factoria extended stay Exhaust fan in bathroom is about to fail. Room was satisfactory. Short staffed like everyone else
